I had some car troubles and varsity ford really cares about their customers. Everyone I dealt with was so kind and reasonable. Eric one of the service techs went above and beyond to help me. My car had broken down at a busy intersection, he was on his way to work and out of the kindness of his heart stopped to help me and figure out what was wrong with my vehicle. The world needs more people like him and hopefully his management sees this and gives him a raise because he definitely deserves one!

Took my vehicle in for oil change and car detailing. First time they didn’t schedule the detailing so I had to re schedule that. When I brought it back for my 8:30 am appointment it wasn’t ready until 2pm. Reason for the 4 stars is because it did look very good on the inside. Just was frustrated for my appointments that they didn’t follow.
