Very friendly staff. Seriously, there were a lot of employees there when I was in, and everybody said hello, smiled or was otherwise pleasant. The buying “experience” was good as well. No pressure. No 4 square. No scummy sales tactics. Everything was transparent and straightforward. Picked up a new F150 lease - just a pleasant experience at Varsity as usual - dealing with some of the aggressive corporate dealers has been an unpleasant experience and it seems to be getting worse - Varsity has great customer service and Bill Harb always takes excellent care of me - Cannot recommend them highly enough
For years Brian Johnson took care of our family. When he retired he passed us to Michael. This was the easiest transition of service. Michael was great!! Our daughter could not be happier in her new Bronco Sport. From call to delivery, it was barely 48 hours.

Going in cold as new customer, From first call ( with Carol) to hitting the jackpot with Darrin as my sales guy, the process was as stress free as I could hope for.
