Working with Shane to find my new vehicle was a pleasure. I had researched my options and was very specific about the features I wanted. He quickly arranged a test drive and never pressured me when I left without buying. When I called back the next day, he stayed professional and didn't say “I told you so!” Shane completed the process quickly, and patiently showed me how to use the navigation system with my phone. I was leasing at another dealership for year, but it got to the point you would call the salesman and he would answer for day and when he did, you needed to make an appointment weeks out to come and talk about a new lease. At Varsity calls are returned in hours the make the process enjoyable. Service is outstanding all and all excellent Dealership.

Was there for a recall. It was quick. But my car was returned without a simple and basic wash. I really don't know how this is allowed by the management. Return a dirty car is like being in a hotel and not being allowed to use the shower. Weird.

I visited the dealership for an oil change and tire rotation. I was told it would take 1 to 1.5 hours. Instead, it took over three hours to complete. It would have taken longer if I hadn’t inquired why my truck was not ready. While I appreciate the discount for the delay, I would’ve preferred to have my truck on time or have been provided an accurate timeline so that I didn’t waste an entire afternoon.
My car would pull to the left and sometimes to the right. I had asked about it several different times and never got an answer. Varsity service discovered somehow ‘auto pilot’ was on. The car wanted to drive me instead of me driving the car. It no longer pulls!

$195 diagnostic fee and $1,005 estimate to replace the audio control module in a 10 year old vehicle; that is approximately 14% of the retail value of the vehicle. Contacted service representative and was told that was the only option due to their vendors.
Removed the ACM myself (YouTube is great) and sent it out for repair that includes a 1year warranty for a total cost (including shipping) of $200. So for $600 less than what Varsity quoted (their diagnostic fee plus components cost) I was able to fix the problem.
