Excellent service overall. After being disappointed in the Chevy dealership down the street (with an appointment), I walked into here and left with a vehicle same day. No hassling or pressure, test drove 4 different vehicles, and was able to get a great deal on a lightly used 22' Ford Escape. First time Ford owner, but would highly recommend.

My experience with Varsity Ford was excellent even though I was buying a used car and it was a Jeep brand. Al and his team made us feel welcome and treated us just as if we were buying a brand new Ford vehicle, they let me take the car to my husband's work for him to check it out. They went over available coverage for the car, filled the tank with gas and gave me nice floormats as well! Such a wonderful experience, thank you Varsity Ford!

Fair price for my trade-in and pleasant purchasing process with a friendly and honest salesman. They forgot to send in my registration transfer paperwork…called to remind a month ago… here we are three months later with nothing. Manager did not answer calls and hasn’t responded to my three voicemails…. ***After a one star review, the Varsity team reached out immediately and were incredibly apologetic, offering to hand deliver a copy of the paperwork to me at my office. They also had a certified letter overnighted to my house. I appreciate them to correcting it so quickly.

They did a good job fixing damage caused by the accident and left the inside of my car cleaner than when I left it. However the two times I have had my car worked on here they did a service I didn’t ask for or canceled and then tried to charge me for it. Both times they did end up covering the cost of the service I didn’t want but it seems there’s a lack of communication that affects the services that they complete. He also actively pursues all the rebates / deals that may be available to us to make that quick and easy as well. I had a great experience getting an issue fixed on my truck at Varsity Ford that the dealership I bought the truck from was being difficult about correcting. I was also impressed how when you pull into the service lane for your appointment they have multiple service advisors that are ready to come right to your truck to greet you and immediately walk you over to a desk to get you set up. No waiting in a chair for your turn with the one service advisor in the building. I will be using Varsity in the future.

They did a good job of fixing the issue with the vehicle. The only thing I would say they need to do better at is two things. I asked them to take care of any recalls but it does not look like they did that. Also the dashboard has grease on multiple spots they didn’t clean up and on the door. The car should not come back with grease on it. I believe they had the car for a few weeks while fixing it and waiting on the parts. There would seem to be plenty of time to clean ...

Getting our new Bronco Sport was wonderful! We love it. Keith was great. However getting our other truck serviced was not a good experience. Took way too long just to have them look at it. Called again and nobody still looked at it. Took 2 months to even get an appointment. We decided to go pick it up and take it to another dealership down the road. They were fantastic not only did we get it in that same day but we were able to pick it up a couple days later. Big difference from the service center at varsity.
