A: Customer must bring original receipt (no photo copies) to a Service Advisor so that a claim form can be filled out. Refunds take 3 weeks.

Q: How do I request a shuttle drop-off or pick-up?
A: Call 734-996-2300 ext 313, Jill or Sandy will schedule your ride.
Q: How long will it take to service my vehicle for a few warranty repairs?
A: 75% of our customers vehicles leave the same day with appointment. However, if a part must be ordered, then the vehicle must stay overnight. Parts generally arrive the next day by noon.
